Former Teacher Arrested, Accused Of Having Sex With Student

PORT ORANGE -- A former teacher at Warner Christian Academy has been arrested for having sex with a 17-year-old student.
Cynthia Horvath, 45, was taken into custody at a Walmart in Daytona Beach.
Investigators said she's been having a sexual relationship with the teen over the past several months.
The two allegedly have met several times at motels all over Volusia County.
Horvath resigned earlier this month after the allegations first surfaced.
She's being held on $10,000 bond at the Volusia County Jail.
