Casey Enters Not Guilty Plea On Check Fraud Charges

ORANGE COUNTY -- Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's lawyer, entered a not guilty plea on the check fraud charges Anthony is facing.
This means she won't appear in front of a judge for her arraignment on Oct. 14.
Anthony has been arrested several times in recent weeks for various check fraud charges.
The charges are in addition to the child neglect charges she's faces in connection with her missing daughter Caylee.
The toddler hasn't been seen in months.
Deputies have said publicly they believe Caylee is no longer alive.
