People with respiratory problems are being asked to stay inside Monday in one part of Brevard County because of a planned controlled burn.
The Division of Forestry is planning on burning up to 60 acres within Wickham Park.
Crews will also be using machines to clear away other dry brush.
The goal is to clear away brush that could start an out of control brush fire during the dry season ahead.
Firefighters said anyone that lives near the park should stay inside while the fire is burning.
Everyone in the area is supposed to receive a phone call warning them of the danger.
