It was a frightening night Saturday for a mother and her two children when their car was clipped and flipped.
The woman said she was driving down Aloma Avenue in Winter Park around 10:30 p.m. when a car next to her was speeding up and slowing down and flashing his lights.
According to authorities, the woman then tried to turn off into a parking lot near Tuskawilla Road to try and lose the other driver and keep him from following her home. That was when the car pulled in front of her, clipped the car and sent it flipping over the curb.
The other car took off.
The woman's husband, said he couldn't believe someone could be so reckless.
"We have a 6-year-old in a car seat, thank God, and a 9-year-old and everyone was wearing their seatbelt and (the driver had) just no consideration for the kids in the car or anybody else," the woman's husband said.
Two people who saw the crash did stop to help the mother and her two sons get out of the car, but they were not able to get license plate number of the car that appeared to cause the crash. They were only able to say that it was a white four-door.
