Rep. Bob Allen

State Rep. Bob Allen entered a written plea of not guilty in court on Thursday.

Neither Allen nor his attorney were present for his arraignment.

Allen is charged with soliciting an undercover police officer, offering to perform a sex act on the officer, and offering to pay him $20.

Allen is scheduled to be in a Titusville courthouse Monday where his attorney is asking a judge to dismiss the case, or suppress an audio recording police made of Allen after his arrest.
