On Tuesday, Sterling Casino Lines will announce its plan to treat the sewage from the casino and cruise ships that dock in Cape Canaveral. 

The company will announce a partnership with AJT & Associates of Cape Canaveral to build a custom waste-treatment system.  

The system will use biological agents to consume the waste and paper. The proposed system is a closed system, so there will be no need to dump any waste water.

The company said its system would be less expensive than using Canaveral Port Authority's pump-out station.
