Toxic Trouble?

While the sign out front said luxury condominiums, some tenants of one complex in Brevard County said toxic mold inside is making them sick.

A group of residents at Titusville's Bay Towers said they've found a lot of mold in the building.

The tenants said after management failed to act they hired an attorney who called in a professional testing company.

The results came back stating the building has a dangerous fungus nicknamed "Black Mold." Some residents said they've felt sick and think the mold is to blame.

"He's been hospitalized,” said tenant Yolanda Walker. “He's been to Parish, Wuesthoff, and Cape Canaveral for upper respiratory problems.  He's been on breathing treatments. He stopped breathing and passed out. I have spoken with his doctors and told them about the mold, and they think that could be it."

We tried to talk to building management about the problems, but instead were kicked off the property.
