More areas could be at risk after two live World War II bombs, as big as 600 pounds, were uncovered in the old Pine Castle Jeep Range, near Odyssey Middle School.
The Army Corps of Engineers released a map Friday with other bomb sites including Ocoee, Ventura Lakes and Orlando International Airport.
In the meantime, Odyssey Middle School workers have a hunch why Orange County was clueless about this potentially explosive situation.
"The military leased the property for a period of three years,” said Steve Arcidiacono from Orange County Public Schools. “They did not purchase it as an owner I am only speculating that contributed to the fact that we did not see a potential problems."
The Army Corps of Engineers is hurrying to remove the bombs in time for school, which is in three weeks.
