Flagler Beach Wants To Crack Down On Beach Loiterers

Flagler Beach City commissioners want to crack down on loiterers at the boardwalk and pier.   

Some commissioners said the area gets overcrowded, but others side with school children who said they are just hanging out there with friends.

One idea the commissioners are considering is police issuing citations based on state laws protecting property and people's safety.
