Orlando music mogul Lou Pearlman is in custody.
The U.S. Attorneys Office in Tampa confirmed Pearlman had been expelled from Indonesia and turned over to the FBI Thursday morning.
Pearlman was thought to be in Germany when federal investigators began to link him to several cases of bank fraud.
The U.S. Attorney's Office would not reveal the charges, saying Pearlman was taken into custody on a sealed complaint.
He is being transferred to Guam to report before a federal judge. The U.S. Attorney's Office will being going to a grand jury for an indictment and then Pearlman would be sent back to the United States to face charges.
Pearlman has been involved in a number of legal battles.
On Tuesday, thousands of items that once belonged to Pearlman were auctioned off in an effort to raise money toward the millions of dollars in debt claimed by a number of banks and individual investors. Initial numbers showed the auction brought in approximately $200,000.
