In Volusia County, a general manager at an Olive Garden in Orange City has lost her job because of a picture posted on MySpace.com.

The pictures showed Denise Petrella, her daughter and other restaurant workers holding up empty beer bottles.

Petrella said it was her daughter's 18th birthday, but that the pictures were a joke and that no one underage was actually drinking.

The restaurant, however, said that the picture showed potentially harmful behavior that could hurt the company's brand.
