Anna Nicole Smith Burial Battle

Will Anna Nicole Smith rest in peace in California, Texas or in the Bahamas? It's a battle that continues to play out in a Florida courtroom.
On Wednesday, Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead took the stand. He testified that Smith wanted to be laid to rest in California, near her idol Marilyn Monroe.
The testimony comes as her companion Howard K. Stern fights for a burial with her son in the Bahamas and Smith's estranged mother pushes for a burial in Texas.
All parties also took time Wednesday to go see Anna Nicole's body.
Smith died in a South Florida hotel earlier this month.
The judge in the case has promised a ruling by Friday.
