Pit Bull Attack

A woman is recovering after being attacked by a pit bull in Lake County.
The victim was a 25-year-old.
EMS workers say she was on Oak Avenue in the Lake Catherine area when it happened.
She was airlifted to ORMC to be treated for deep cuts to her arms and legs and a serious injury to her ear.
No word on the her current condition.
Investigators think the victim was a friend of the family that owns the dog.
