One fortunate South Floridian could earn thousands of dollars from what he found in his plate of clams.
While eating his lunch, George Brock of Lake Worth, which is in Palm Beach County, took a bite, and thought he had a stone in his mouth.
Brock spit it out onto his plate, and found he almost ate a rare purple pearl.
It is even more rare to find one in a clam, and not an oyster.
Brock took the pearl to a jeweler, who confirmed it was a real pearl, and said it could be worth about $25,000.
