Jon Gettman is a pro-drug legalization analyst. He used U.S. government stats and estimates to come up with his new report.

Gettman ranked Florida as third in the nation for indoor pot-growing operations. Only California and Washington ranked higher.

A spokesman for the U.S. Office of National Drug Control Policy says he hasn't reviewed Gettman's report, but that marijuana clearly is a large cash crop.
