When you go to a park like Disney World and you are on vacation, do you want food that's bad for you, or do you want to eat healthy?

Side options include fruit and salad.
Kids meals all come with fruit and vegetables on the side and a choice of juice, water or low fat milk.
If you still want fries or a soda, you have to request it.
"It's really important. They love the chips (French fries), but after a couple of days they get tired of it," said Linda Evans, who was visiting from England.
"We do a lot of trips and I look for places that offer healthy choices. We're in the sun a lot," said Renee Howard, who was visiting Disney World from Boston.
The reason for the stress on healthy foods is the childhood obesity epidemic. Statistics show more than 12.5 million children and adolescents ages 2 to 9 are overweight.
Experts say that as those kids get older, they raise their risk for heart disease, diabetes and other weight-related issues.
