When you feel like you're starving all the time, your body needs plenty of snacks.
If you feel like you can barely make it until lunch, even when you eat breakfast, your body is sending a message.
You should be trying to eat a meal roughly every 3 to 5 hours.
Let's assume you eat breakfast at 6 a.m. Then by lunchtime at noon you're starving, and ready to eat everything in sight.
If that sound familiar, That's when sticking to your diet gets impossible.
Your body is designed to refuel every few hours, and it's easy if you eat small meals or snacks.
high fiber, high protein snacks keep you full, and carbs will give you a little boost.
A combination is best. Try trail mix. or wheat crackers with peanut butter - anything to keep your blood sugar level and your metabolism moving.
When you're not starving, you're less likely to overeat or splurge.
