Flu season is here, and we have another reminder to cover your mouth and wash your hands when you sneeze.

Did you know 100,000 bacteria can fly 100 feet every time you sneeze?

That tickle in your nose leads to all that bacteria blasting out of your sinuses -- not quite at the speed of light, but pretty fast.

Researchers guesstimate a sneeze travels between 100 and 600 miles per hour.

All those germs can travel about 100 feet. So that's why today's number is 100 -- to remind you to be kind to those nearby, and grab a tissue.
