You don't have to be overweight to have a little cellulite, but the good news is there are six easy ways you can fight it.
Cellulite is that ugly, lumpy fat that appears on your thighs, tummy, and rear, and no matter what you see on TV, no cream, surgery, laser, herb or drug can do much to get rid of it.
Here's what will help, though --
Drink two liters of water every day.
Try to avoid greasy, fried food and sodium.
Get moving -- poor circulation can make cellulite stay put. Yoga is a great option.
Get plenty of vitamin C.
Stay real -- try to stay away from chemical additives.
Think about weight training. More muscles means a higher metabolism and less overall body fat.
