ORLANDO -- The Romantic Times Booklovers convention has made its way to Central Florida.
It's the book industry's event of the year, and features two public book signings where thousands of readers can meet more than 400 bestselling authors.
Aspiring writers can get advice on how to write and get published with more than 100 workshops at the convention. The workshops will cover 16 genres of women's fiction from paranormal and romantic suspense to action adventure and interracial romance.
The extravaganza takes place at the Wyndham Orlando Resort April 22-26, 2009.
Free books and prizes will be given away at every event.
Guests can attend nightly themed parties at the event including costume parties, and get a look at some of Orlando's finest hunks in the annual Mr. Romance Competition.
