Hey John! What's going on? It is one of the most popular reality shows on A&E: Dog the Bounty Hunter.
Season four kicks off Tuesday night on the cable network. Our John Handiboe chatted with Dog and Beth Chapman about their recent arrest and marriage.
John: “Will the honeymoon go to work with you?”
Dog: “Oh yeah, I try to tell I'm the boss when we are out there. We are not really married. We are not husband and wife. Everything goes good until she disagrees with me. Then she tries to use the feminine persuasion on me. Like when we get home you are not going to get what you want. You are not going to get your shoes shined, your bed made.”
Beth: “Your shoes shined? Excuse me.”
Dog: “You are not going to get all the stuff you deserve.”
Beth: “First of all he does not get that anyway.”
Dog: “Whatever.”
Beth: “Secondly, he is just putting on a show for you guys. I am the boss and he knows I am the boss. And I am the mom so when the wife does not go to work, the mom does.”
Dog: “That is why it is called Dog the Bounty Hunter and not Beth the Bounty Huntress.”
Beth: “Well, not yet.”
John: “Well you guys have come off a pretty exciting season. Dog, you were arrested in Mexico and this is still going on and you have the extradition hearing and all of that to work out.”
Dog: “Yes. We were arrested for misdemeanors in Mexico, deprivation of liberties.”
Beth: “This is a controversial issue and you will see a lot of it on fourth season because we are living it in everyday lives and this is a reality show and you can't help but let both worlds cross paths.”
John: “Dog, Beth, thank you. It was a pleasure and be safe this season.”
Dog and Beth: “Thank you John. Aloha.”
John: “Dog the Bounty Hunter season four Tuesday nights on A&E.”
