Legal proceedings took place Wednesday in Orlando over a Paris Hilton lawsuit.

"I was served to give a deposition concerning the Zeta Graff, Paris Hilton Case," Club Paris owner Fred Khalilian said. "I am really not playing a role in this. I guess this about one person who has a problem with another person and they are going to ask me about certain things and I am just going to go up there and tell the truth and nothing but the truth."

The owner of Club Paris, who fired her last week, is forced to testify is an unrelated court case against the socialite.

Our John Handiboe has exclusive information.

Club Paris Owner Fred Khalilian walked into an Orlando law firm Wednesday. He is not filing a suit against Hilton. Instead a court ordered him to give a videotaped deposition in a $10 million lawsuit filed by model, actress and producer Zeta Graff.

“Whatever question they ask they are going to get a truthful answer,” Khalilian said.

Graff is suing Hilton for libel, claiming Paris leaked a fabricated story to the press. That story claimed Graff attacked Paris at a London nightclub and tried to rip off Hilton's $4 million necklace.

Lawyers for both Paris Hilton and Zeta Graff say the records in the case are sealed by a court order and would not comment.

Khalilian is also remaining tight lipped. However, in an exclusive one on one interview last week after firing Paris, he painted a picture of the so called “American princess.”

“The problem is when she is done with you, she chews you and spits you out,” Khalilian said. “When she is done with you're out. The people around her get so star struck because she is so powerful presentation wise.”

Even though the Downtown Orlando club owner will not talk about the Zeta Graff/Hilton lawsuit, sources who want to remain anonymous say his deposition is not good for Paris and favors Zeta Graff's claims.

Khalilian's deposition will be presented in court next month when Paris and Zeta Graff face each other in a Santa Monica courtroom. That trial date is set for February 5th.

Again, I talked to Hilton and Graff's attorneys and because of a court order, they can not talk about the case.

That's what's going on,
