VIERA -- The Brevard County School Board has been cleared of any wrongdoing against a former principal at Endeavour Elementary School.
In 2005, Debbie Lyons sued the school board claiming she was not selected for several promotions because she's black.
According to Florida Today, jurors disagreed with Lyons' claims and found the school board did not discriminate against her.
Lyons' attorney says his client is disappointed. They will now look over their options and may decide to appeal.
