Orlando - School Supply GiveawayThe Ninth Annual School Supply Giveway will get underway at 9 a.m. Saturday, August 8, at Jones High School, Orlando. It's sponsored by State Sen. Gary Siplin and Orlando City Commissioner Daisy Linum.
The event includes free school supplies for students from kindergarten - 12th grade. The event also includes free haircuts, physicals, community resources, entertainment and prizes.
Advance registration is required at 1436 North Pine Hills Road, Orlando from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Registration forms must be submitted along with a copy of parent identification, children's birth certificate or most recent report card.
