4 Orlando Doctors Arrested For Illegal Pain Pill Prescriptions

ORLANDO -- Two medical clinics have been shut down after four doctors were indicted for illegally prescribing pain pills.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, the Neurology and Pain Center Clinics -- located at 823 E. Colonial Drive and 1525 E. Amelia St. -- were shut down Monday.

Doctors Jeffrey Friedlander, Troy Wubbena, and Carl and Sarah Ehresman were arrested Monday morning, each charged with 12 counts of illegally distributing and dispensing pain medication without a valid medical purpose.

Officials said the doctors illegally prescribed oxycodone, morphine and hydrocodone.
